We will custom design your new home
to suit your property,
municipal zoning regulations and your design
requirements. We will be in constant contact during the design and
drafting process to modify and improve your design to ensure that
you
get exactly the home that you want..
Simply e-mail or fax
us, your hand drawn, photo copied, or a scanned-in
drawing of your proposed home plan, along with an outline of what your
likes and requirements are. (Please include all relevant
dimensions)
We then create a design( reduced samples shown below )
based on your
information, and e-mail or fax them to you for further refinements or
approval. |

or write down your changes and send them back to us.

When you are
satisfied with your new home design, we will provide you with 5 full
sets of architectural, structural and electrical drawings for the same
amount as other designers would charge for a set of stock plans.
Our fees for home plans are as outlined here
with a retainer
fee required
after you approve your design, and before we begin working drawings.
(A
typical design fee by other Custom Design Firms for similar homes would
be $3,000 to $10,000.)
When working
drawings are completed, we will contact you and request that the
balance be paid by Visa, Mastercard or check sent by fax.

Additional sets
of plans are available for $20 US each and a complete materials list is
available for an additional $100.00 US. All shipping charges are
additional and will vary depending on your location.
We can do all this for our low price as we retain the right to resell
the design, and may wish to publish it to our web site. |
