bank to accept checks sent by fax and e-mail. |

All you have to do is write out a check as you would to any retail store and fax a
copy to us at (250) 833 4586 (keep your check for your records).
Our check scanning software will laser print a duplicate check, which is also called a Bank Draft,
on bank quality paper which we deposit in our bank the same as any other check.
The new check will be included and sent to you in your next bank statement.
If you don't have a fax but have a scanner, scan your check and save it to any folder you like as a ".jpg" ".gif" or ".bmp" file. Then e-mail it to us at info@newhomeplans.net If you don't have a fax or a scanner, you can copy the information as shown below, into a regular e-mail letter and send it to us. I personally will enter the information into our check copying program and print out the Bank Draft. |

The bar code on the bottom of your check changes for each check you issue.
